Is Billings Bridge the same as Heron Park?
Short answer
They overlap, but they are not the same. Wikipedia says Heron Park is bounded by the Rideau River, Sawmill Creek, Bank Street and Walkley Road, and is sometimes called Billings Bridge because of its closeness to the bridge. The Ottawa Neighbourhood Study uses a combined 'Billings Bridge - Heron Park' area.

The two sources give different populations because the boundaries differ: 4,758 for Wikipedia's Heron Park and 6,065 for the combined study area, both in the 2021 census.
